2014 Honda Civic TPMS Reset: A Step-by-Step Guide

If you own a 2014 Honda Civic or a ninth-generation Civic from 2012 or 2013, you may have encountered the issue of the tire light coming on and needing to be reset. Unlike in many previous cars, you cannot reset it by simply driving the vehicle. In this video, I will show you how to reset the tire light on your Honda Civic.

After you have aired up your tires, follow these steps to reset the tire light:

  1. Press the menu button on your dashboard to access the menu.
  2. Select “customize settings” from the menu options.
  3. Find the TPMS calibration and select it.
  4. Choose “initialize” and confirm the action.

Once you have completed these steps, the tire light should be reset, turning off the warning indicator on your dashboard. This is the only known method to reset the tire light without using special tools.

I hope this guide helps you in resetting the tire light on your 2014 Honda Civic. If you have any questions or found this video helpful, feel free to leave a comment below. Thank you for watching!
