However, due to the limited working space, I had to remove the fan and the corresponding hoses to create ample room for the task. Removing the fan was relatively simple, involving only two bolts. The hoses needed to be detached as well.
The entire process is manageable with a 12 millimeter socket and socket wrench, and don’t forget to use a swivel joint to ease the task. Keep in mind that this job won’t be as inexpensive as it used to be, but with the right preparation and guidance, you can successfully replace the thermostat assembly in your Hyundai Elantra.
