How to Turn Off Paddle Shifters in Your 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee: A Step by Step Guide

If you have paddle shifters on your car, you might have experienced inadvertently engaging them when tapping on them. In this guide, I’ll show you how to disable them to prevent this from happening.

I have paddle shifter extensions installed, which make it easier for me to accidentally engage them due to their longer length. However, regardless of whether you have extensions or not, it’s helpful to know how to disable them if needed.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to turning off your paddle shifters:

  1. Go into your car’s apps
  2. Access the settings
  3. Scroll down to “Safety and Driving Assistance”
  4. Toggle the paddle shifters to either “enabled” or “disabled”

I personally choose to keep mine enabled, and I’ll explain my reasoning in a future video.

That’s all for this quick tutorial on how to disable or enable your paddle shifters. Stay tuned for more valuable tips and guides.
