Underneath the maintenance due soon warning, you’ll notice a letter and number, such as B1 for replacing the engine oil and filter, as well as inspecting various systems and components. The number after the letter indicates additional tasks, for example, in our case, it’s a one, which means rotating the tires and checking the tire pressure. Regardless of the specific service due, the process to reset the light remains the same.
To reset the maintenance light, utilize the controls on your steering wheel. By scrolling up and down using the wheel, you can access the maintenance information, including oil life and tire pressure. Once you’ve located the maintenance info, select the maintenance reset option. Scroll to reset, press the button, and once the reset is complete, exit the menu. You’ll then notice that the oil life has been reset to 100%.
